Support Think Outside's nature programs to help every child thrive!

Think Outside is a new nonprofit co-founded by Marie O'Reilly and Ben Strauss. We envision a future where nature is woven into childhood to spark learning, joy, and connection, and we're on a mission to expand access to frequent, high-quality nature experiences for students in Boston.

Our Nature Days program is reaching 90 pre-K students this spring through an initial partnership with the Curley School in Jamaica Plain. That means 1,600 more hours cumulatively for students to playfully learn in nature! We are raising funds to reach even more public school students next school year. We invite you to join us in supporting this important work.

Note: Think Outside Inc is incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in Massachusetts. Our application for federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) has been submitted to the IRS and is currently under review. While donations to Think Outside are not currently deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, they will become tax-deductible retroactively if and when the IRS approves our application for tax-exempt status. We anticipate receiving federal tax-exempt status approval for Think Outside before the end of 2026, based on current IRS review timelines.
