For 20 years, Tiba Foundation has been committed to improving access to healthcare in rural Kenya. Thanks to your continued support, we’ve made remarkable progress, and with your help, we are poised to expand to the next level!

At the heart of our work is Matibabu Hospital, a Level 4 community hospital that now serves over 50,000 people annually. What began as a small clinic has grown into a trusted institution, offering quality care to patients who would otherwise go without. Matibabu Hospital has bright prospects for future growth, with the new FIGS Operating Theater, a nursing college ranked in the top five in Kenya, and women's empowerment programs like the Boda Girls,

Our vision is to continue expanding the hospital’s services, providing more specialized care and reaching more people across the region. This includes developing new specialties such as orthopedics, breast cancer and cervical cancer; creating a radiology department; and adding to the specialties offered by the nursing school. We also aim to expand our cervical and breast cancer and Boda Girls programs to other counties.
