What's chronic vulvovaginal/pelvic pain?

We use this term to refer to a variety of conditions that cause vulvar burning, rawness, itching and pain; pain with insertion (sex, tampons, pelvic exams, etc), UTI-like symptoms, pain with urination, sitting, and tight pants. This includes conditions like vaginismus, vulvodynia, pelvic floor dysfunction and lichen sclerosus. (Find medical resources and information here).

What's Tight Lipped?
