The Irish American Baseball Society (IABS) and Emerald Diamond International (EDI) are sending baseball coaches to Ireland and Northern Ireland. This initiative is part of the Irish Youth Baseball Program. The program focuses on growing the game of baseball in Ireland, through school-based introductory programs and collaborations with youth baseball and rounders clubs.

As part of the Irish Youth Baseball program, coaches will work directly with clubs, schools, and local coaches, sharing their expertise and passion for the game. These coaching exchanges not only help develop the skills of young players but also enhance the training capabilities of local coaches, ensuring that baseball can continue to thrive in Ireland for years to come.

To participate in the program, American coaches are required to commit to fundraising for their trips. The funds raised cover essential travel expenses and contribute to providing equipment, uniforms, and other resources to the partner clubs.
