💚TOBY 💚

We pulled Toby from @downeyanimalslaco on 2/21/25. We quickly observed that he has barrier reactivity and decided that he needs professional training ASAP prior to joining a foster home. 

Thanks to our experience with Milo (another #DowneyDogSurvivor), we established a relationship with @valor.k9.academy, where Toby will be going. He’ll be living with the same trainer as Milo!
