We're excited to announce our upcoming fundraiser to support our TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program, specifically focused on helping feral felines in our community! 🐾

As many of you know, TNR is a humane approach to managing feral CAT populations. It involves trapping, neutering, and returning these cats to their colonies, which helps prevent overpopulation and improves their quality of life. They enjoy the freedom of being with their families and are happier outside than inside. However, many of these cats face medical issues, including prolapse, which requires urgent veterinary care.

Kittens will NOT be TNR’d as they are sociable.

How You Can Help:

We need your support to cover the costs of spaying and neutering, vaccinations, and medical treatments for these vulnerable felines. Your monthly donations will go directly to:

🐱 Veterinary care and surgeries
🐱 Food and shelter for the kittens
🐱 Medical supplies and treatments

We NEED fosters for the kittens so they do not grow up and have to live outside.

Small Rescue doing Big Things!!

In case you are not familiar with us, here are some things we’ve done in our first year as a rescue:

🐾 Took in 52 abandoned cats from an 81-cat hoarding house. Coon Rapids Hoarding Case

🐾 Finished two outdoor community colonies: one in Brooklyn Center and one in Andover. Andover Colony

🐾 Helped a cat from the Andover colony, Julius, get a much-needed amputation surgery. Julius’s Campaign

🐾 Gotten five cats and one dog MUST-NEEDED dentals. Misters Dental help

🐾 Helped owners keep their cats by paying for spay/neuter surgeries, a nasal polyp surgery, and provided transportation for owners to appointments.

🐾 Partnered with a well-known vet, Dr. Angie, to provide community vaccine clinics and spay/neuter transports. Dr. Angie Ruppel Vaccine Clinic

🐾 Donated to other rescues when their cats needed care as well as donated our time to help other non-profits.

🐾 Transported a blind 10-year-old dog from Florida to Minnesota where it had family to live out its last years. Charlie’s Homecoming

We have 100+ cats in our care, all in IN-HOME fostering with no kennels. It keeps the cats happy but it is also a lot to manage.

We were just alerted about a colony of 24+ cats and 20+ kittens in our own community of Blaine! A female black cat with an anal prolapse alerted us!! We know of at least THREE colonies in the area we need to address BEFORE winter!!
