DREAM Scholarship

We work very hard to get our youth accepted to colleges across the country but financing college education has always been a barrier. The Dream Scholarship was created to help ease that burden and celebrate the various support systems in a child's life who work incredibly hard to provide opportunities and open doors for our youth. This scholarship is made available to 12th grade low-income youth in Alexandria, VA who have been accepted to a tertiary institution, and participated in a youth leadership development program and/or our MPWRD programs for at least one year. Eligible applicants enter a competitive essay competition and the award is made payable to the academic institution of the awardee.
