Fundraiser for Trans Chicago Collective

Trans Chicago Empowerment Center is a BIPOC- and Trans-led initiative of the Puerto Rican Cultural Center that provides an important location for events, free HIV/STI testing, and affirming services. They create a vital community within a community, giving space and amplifying trans voices.

After the executive order ending funding for organizations that provide services for transgender people, Trans Chicago Empowerment Center lost their funding and was forced to lay off almost their entire staff. While some of their funding has been restored, the tenuous status of their program continues. We MUST support our trans siblings and help them continue
