Body, Mind, and Spirit On the Move!

Winter has a way of slowing us down. The days grow shorter, the air grows colder, and somewhere between the holidays and the gray skies, we lose a little of our energy — and sometimes, a little of ourselves.

But what if this winter could be different?

That’s the vision behind Transforming Winter Wellness, a campaign created by Designed to Be Wholly — a ministry built on the belief that God designed each of us to live whole: body, mind, and spirit.

Body: It began with a small group of friends who refused to settle for the winter blues. Instead, they decided to move — not just for their own health, but for the healing of others. They formed a team, laced up their shoes, and set a goal: walk or run a distance that stretched them — 1 mile, 5K, 10K, half-marathon, or even a marathon — by April 2026. Don't worry - you can choose anything that moves your body - go to the gym, bike, lift, train in whatever capacity you or your team wants to - just move.

Mind and Spirit: If walking/running isn't for you, you can support the mission by transforming your mind and spirit. Whether as an individual or forming a team, you can commit to deepening your faith through a Bible Study, a book study, or taking advantage of the many uplifting experiences we will have for you throughout this challenge.

Each commitment is an act of purpose. Each donation becomes a seed of hope because this campaign is about more than miles and minutes. It’s about mission. And our mission for 2026 is bigger than ever. We are forming two national initiatives:

Wholly Serve: Restoring Wellness for Women to Answer the Call in which we equip women to steward their health so they can live out their God-given calling with clarity, strength, and joy—serving not from emptiness, but from the overflow.
Biblical Transformation Beyond the Classroom equips students with Scripture-rooted coaching that transforms students’ hearts, minds, and responses during the school day to cultivate lifelong discipleship and renewed living.

Designed to Be Wholly doesn’t just teach wellness; it restores people to the life they were created for — one of freedom, faith, and flourishing. Through functional medicine and biblical transformational coaching, this ministry equips others to live not in fragments, but in fullness.

So this winter, we invite you to join us. Form a team or join individually. Set a goal. Move your body, renew your mind, and meditate on the truth that you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
