Completion of the GoodNeighbor Network Orientation shall result in the awarding of a 3e Restoration Certificate of Completion. To earn the certificate, participants must engage in the 3 hour workshop, and satisfy the following learning goals:

EXPLORING: Participants will broaden their understanding of how trauma works in personal, interpersonal, and collective aspects.
PREPARING: Participants will acquire knowledge and develop skills to practice trauma-responsive presence and engagement.
INTEGRATING: Participants will connect and apply knowledge and skills to their personal and professional lives.
VOCATION: Participants will discern how their unique talents, education, experience, and responsibility can be leveraged to benefit others and bring them a sense of fulfillment.
SECURITY: Participants operate from an understanding of how trauma impacts self-worth and understand the need for creating a culture of security that communicates “I see you and hear you.”
SUPPORT: Participants operate from an understanding of how trauma impacts self-regulation and are equipped with the skills to partner with their circles of influence to implement an “I see you, I hear you, and I am with you and together we will find solutions” culture.
VOICE: Participants operate from an understanding of how to create opportunities and spaces where their power, privilege and position is recognized and leveraged for the good of others.
CHOICE: Participants operate from an understanding of how to create a culture of permission where all are welcome to contribute.

In addition, participants must complete the following requirements and assessments:

Successful Completion

Successful completion of this course for certification will include a demonstration of learning goals and outcomes in the following areas:

Course participation
Case Study Completion that demonstrates the following:
- How authorizing narratives impact the present and future
- How plausibility structures shape culture
- How individual trauma impacts self-worth, self-regulation, and relational connection
- How collective trauma forms individuals and society at-large
Application of 3e Growth Symbols
A demonstration of who Security, Support, Voice and Choice applies to the relational engagement and trauma-responsive care.
Complete an Assessment and achieve a score of 80 or greater.
