Turkey Trot Shirt Order Form

Please use this form to order your 2025 Turkey Trot t-shirt(s).

Gilles Sweet PTA is coordinating the sale of t-shirts for the Turkey Trot. If you would like to place an order, please:

• First slide: Select the number of shirts you would like to purchase, click "Continue"
• Second slide: Enter all of the order information and select the t-shirt size(s) you would like to order, Click "Continue"
• Third slide: Select your method of payment. We will only accept online methods of payment this year. You can use a credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.

The deadline to submit your order is Friday, October 31st at 6:00pm. We WILL NOT accept late orders so please submit your orders ASAP!!
