Blackhawk Rising SUPER PAC was Founder by Blackhawk Lee Bateman of Rock Island, Illinois in order to share in our glorious past as we live and prosper into the future, where all Earthlings in the LIGHT are welcome at our table of life.

Blackhawk Rising will continue to work in conjunction with The Bateman Group in bringing BUDDY'S POW WOW to Rock Island, Illinois, the home of the Sauk and Fox Indian tribes to the Quad Cities in 2024.
