Please Help Winston and Skittles

Winston, a young Shih Tzu, and Skittles, a young Chiweenie, were found in heartbreaking conditions on the streets of a semi-rural area where unwanted pets are too often abandoned. Winston's eyes were goopy, his fur was severely lost to mange, and he was underweight. Skittles, sweet but scared, has small patches of mange and crusty eyes. He’s shy, shut down, and depressed.
