Rescue Ranch Roof

We are fortunate to have a Ranch Manager who lives on site at the UAF Rescue Ranch so that she can closely monitor the animals in our care and immediately tend to any issues that may arise. We need to keep a roof over her head to ensure that we continue to provide the very best care for these homeless pets while they await adoption.

Unfortunately, the house at the Rescue Ranch is badly in need of a new roof. And to make matters worse, the wrong type of materials had previously been used on the porch roof, so sections of it have rotted. In addition to these repairs, we will need gutters installed to prevent future damage. The total needed to cover these repairs is just over $20,000.
