Upstate Circle of Friends (UCF) has been a trusted pillar in District 25, ensuring that families, children, and veterans have access to food, education, job training, and health services. Our work has been recognized at the highest levels—in 2023, UCF was honored with the Max Heller Neighborhood Improvement Award by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce for our impact in uplifting underserved communities.
