Join us for our 9th Annual Thanksgiving in the Park event! Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving morning) 11am-1pm at Lueders Park in Compton.

We'll be packing hot meals AND toiletry bags for our unhoused neighbors as well as enjoying each other's company. We hope to serve 250 neighbors.

Volunteers are welcome! Donations are gladly accepted.

Please complete this quick registration form for each person volunteering to let us know if you plan on serving at the park and what items you will bring. Sara will follow up to confirm.

Set up begins at 11am. We should be done by 1pm. If you registered to bring a food item, please bring it to the park at 11am fully prepared. If you are unable to prepare your item, please let Sara know!

Here's what we need:

· 10 Frozen Turkeys (16-20 lbs each)

· Mashed Potatoes (8 big pans)

· Gravy (4 big pans)

· Green Beans (10 big pans or 80 cans)

· Stuffing (8 big pans)

· Corn (9 big pans or 72 cans)

· Cranberry Sauce (5 big pans or 60 cans)

· ✅ FULLY DONATED: Hawaiian Rolls (250)

· Pumpkin Pies (20 large Costco Pies)

· ✅ FULLY DONATED: Cool Whip (20 tubs)

· ✅ FULLY DONATED: Water (10 cases)

· To-Go Containers (250 large with compartments for dinner, 250 small for dessert)

· 250 Pre-Packaged Plasticware & Napkins

· 250 plastic shopping bags (like this)

· 4 boxes of Plastic Gloves

· Toiletry Items
