Disability EmpowHer Network is hosting our first Employment Summit—a dynamic, one-day event that prepares young women with disabilities (ages 14–24) to enter the workforce with confidence. This year’s Summit will take place on November 11, 2025, at the Strathallan in Rochester, NY, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

Our attendees are ambitious young leaders navigating a world that too often overlooks their potential. At the Summit, they gain tangible career skills, practice interviewing, learn networking skills, and practice their networking skills at a dinner with professional women around Rochester!  Young women leave with a renewed sense of direction and purpose.

• Transportation assistance for participants

• Meals and materials

• Skill-building workshops, employer panels, and mock interviews

• A powerful space for networking, mentorship, and possibility

We offer a variety of sponsorship levels to make it easy for businesses, nonprofits, and community members to get involved—each with public recognition and a heartfelt thank-you from our team and participants.
