Cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres begin at 5:30 pm with dinner service at 6:15 pm. Each course of the meal will feature thoughtfully composed, well executed ingenuity by the culinary students with the guidance of their mentors from the University and Marriott Shoals. Grammy winner Yates McKendree will perform throughout the evening to truly capture the essence of this event. Cocktail attire recommended.

Jeff Eubanks was a much-loved chef in the area for many years. His culinary talent is legendary in the Shoals.
The distributions from the endowment established in Eubanks' honor will empower the students and faculty of UNA's Culinary Program.
