Registration closes on Saturday March 21nd!

This annual event promises to be a dynamic gathering of Scout Leaders, parents, and Scouts, offering many educational opportunities and program updates!

The University of Scouting is a cornerstone event for the Council, providing a platform for leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge in various aspects of Scouting. From outdoor activities to leadership development, the event offers a diverse range of courses designed to cater to the needs and interests of Scout leaders at all levels.

In addition to the educational sessions, the Program Launch segment of the event will unveil exciting updates and initiatives for the upcoming Scouting season. From new innovative program enhancements to new activities, attendees can receive firsthand information on what's in store for their Scouting experience.

Registration: Registration closes March 21nd for everyone.

Program Launch Registration: FREE (registering for the Program Launch does not allow access to UoS classes)

We cannot accommodate late registrations or walk ins.

PROGRAM LAUNCH: During University of Scouting, we will also be offering opportunity to visit our Program Launch tables (formally known as the Tradeshow of Scouting). Program Launch will run between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. This is a free event. But, keep in mind, registering for the Program Launch does not allow access to UoS classes.

Scouts BSA and Venturers may attend the U of S if they are taking courses as youth leaders/potential youth leaders. NO children are allowed in the classrooms, except Scouts BSA and Venturers taking courses. Childcare will NOT be available at this event.

Participants attending Cub Leader Position-Specific Training at the University of Scouting will receive an automatic $25 discount off registration fees. The discount will appear at check out.

The Event Class Catalog is a list of all the classes offered with the description of each. It is divided in the 4 types of classes offered: General, Advancement, Cub Scout, and Scouts BSA/Venturing.
