The organization is deeply rooted in the founders' personal experiences. Having overcome significant obstacles on their own paths to success, it inspired them to establish The Launch Initiative as a way to open doors for the next generation.

Today, the organization helps students successfully transition through key stages of their academic and professional lives — from undergraduate to graduate or professional programs, and from higher education to the workforce — equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive. Your donation will support our unique cohort system and our ability to provide every student with the resources, guest speakers and information they need for success.

We also know that for some, applying to graduate school or interviewing for a residency or job can come with a financial burden. For those students in need of support, The Launch Initiative will provide direct financial assistance.
