Supporting South Routt County's Health and Wellness

In South Routt County, we’re a small rural community with a big heart and a bigger challenge: distance. Many of our neighbors live miles from the nearest emergency room or specialist. That’s why the South Routt Medical Foundation 501c3 exists: to keep quality healthcare available right here at home.

Our foundation supports the South Routt Medical Center and community health programs that serve everyone, from ranching families and school kids to our growing senior population and seasonal workforce. Donations go directly toward maintaining critical medical services, upgrading equipment, and helping us recruit and retain providers who understand rural medicine and the people they serve.
