End of year Giving

As we near the end of 2025, I’m reflecting on how grateful we are for a community built on connection, compassion, and collaboration. At South Community Behavioral Health, these values guide every service we provide as we work toward a healthier, stronger community.
One of the most powerful examples of this impact is our
Day Treatment Program, which supports youth struggling with significant emotional or behavioral challenges—helping them stay in their homes, schools, and communities rather than higher levels of care.

A Story of Impact
A 12-year-old joined our Day Treatment Program this year, overwhelmed by anxiety that made school feel impossible. With a safe, structured environment and consistent support, she rebuilt her confidence over several months. This fall, she returned to school full-time—engaged, smiling, and proud of her progress. Her family also participated in the process so they could support her every step of the way. Stories like hers are possible because of supporters like you.

Why Your Gift Matters Now
Funding cuts over the past three years have made it increasingly difficult to sustain essential programs such as Day Treatment. Your generosity ensures that no child or family is turned away due to lack of resources.
As you consider your year-end giving, I hope you’ll make a gift to help youth and families in our community receive the mental health support they need—when they need it most.

With gratitude,

Lisa G. Carter
Chief Executive Officer

P.S. Every gift—large or small—has a direct, local impact. Thank you for investing in the health and well-being of our community.
