Restoring Homes and Hope

Empower Hope: Camilla Foundation's Local Impact

The Camilla Foundation has been a nonprofit organization based in Asheville, NC, since 2019. As you know, Hurricane Helene has devastated our area, but we are back online with our support staff and ready to get boots on the ground. One of our partner companies, Boundless Construction, a local general contractor, will be providing expert skills and resources to help homeowners secure their homes at no cost to them.

After a disaster like this, one of the biggest concerns is home damage that allows the elements to continue entering, robbing families of a sense of security and hope. Our goal is to remove as many trees, patch as many holes, and restore a sense of security to as many homeowners as possible, without them having to worry about the ability to pay. From there, they can feel safer while waiting for further assistance from FEMA and their insurance.

As a traveling nurse in Western North Carolina for over a decade, Edith Camilla Pritchett, our foundation's namesake, would be out right now checking on the people of WNC that she served. Together, we can carry on what she would be doing if she were here.

The Camilla Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.
