Glow Run FAQ

The Glow Run puts the FUN in FUNdraiser! Our goal is to raise at least $5,000, and ANY donation is welcome! All the money raised will go directly to support programs enriching our students’ experiences.

What is a Glow Run? Think jog-a-thon, but at night with a DJ, glow paint, and neon lights! Like a jog-a-thon, this is a fundraiser in which families, friends, and neighbors pledge money to support the students as they participate. Prizes are awarded to the student and class with the highest fundraising total.

How do we raise money? Each student can obtain pledges in support of their Glow Run efforts. Pledges will be made as a one-time donation. Please help your child collect pledges through your child’s class webpage. You can share the class link with family, relatives, friends, co-workers, etc. Each student will need to raise just $20 to participate in the Glow Run activities, but no donation amount is too small. No time to ask for pledges? You can make a donation instead! We are shooting for 100% participation. All donations are 100% tax-deductible!

Pledges and donations

Pledges are made for a lump sum and are not made per lap.
If you have more than one child participating in the Glow Run, please make separate pledges/donations for each child in the family.

Incentives/Prizes

Glow paints and LED light kit for all participants.
Prizes for the student who raises the most funds.
The top fundraising class will get a get pizza party for the whole grade!
