We are excited to host our upcoming North Texas USA Pickleball Tournament, with a goal of fielding 35 competitive teams from across our region.

This one-day event, to be held on October 19th, will bring together players of varying skill levels for doubles and mixed doubles brackets, designed to foster community, sportspersonship, and the growth of pickleball in North Texas.

Matches will be held at well-appointed local courts, with referees, tournament scheduling software, and amenities like water stations and basic medical support provided to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Our fundraising efforts through registration fees, sponsorships, and possibly a silent auction will directly support the growth and sustainability of our local chapter.

Every dollar raised by the North Texas United Spinal Association goes right back into our community—fueling monthly socials, adaptive sports like pickleball, bowling, adaptive air rifles, outdoor recreation, including rehab support, peer mentoring and Pathways to Employment. Your support through registration, sponsorships, or our silent auction keeps these programs alive and growing—helping us connect, empower, and uplift people living with spinal cord injuries across North Texas.

By targeting 35 teams, we aim to generate enough revenue not only to cover costs, but also to leave a surplus that supports long-term chapter initiatives: improved court infrastructure, inclusive programming, and raising the level of play across all skill tiers.

We believe this event will not only be a fun, competitive tournament, but a strong catalyst for community building and the sustained growth of pickleball here in North Texas.
