United Way of the Coalfield 2023-2024

United Way of the Coalfield brings people together to build strong, equitable communities where everyone can thrive in Hopkins and Muhlenberg Counties. Through United Way of the Coalfield, communities tackle tough challenges and work with private, public, and nonprofit partners to boost education, economic mobility, and health resources. We partner with local agencies such as PACS to provide home-delivered meals to the elderly, American Red Cross, The Salvation Army for their soup kitchen and homeless shelter, The Learning Center of Madisonville, Trace Industries to provide vocational and life skill services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, CASA to help abused and neglected children through volunteer advocates in the court system, ARCH, Hopkins County Community Clinic, Muhlenberg County Opportunity Center, and Hope 2 All and Christian Food Banks.
