What is Unsent?
Unsent was born in Los Angeles and has grown into a national storytelling movement rooted in Denver, Colorado.

It’s a cathartic space where brave souls step up to the mic to share messages they wrote but never sent—letters to lost loved ones, ex's, childhood friends, or even their past selves.

With over 1000 readers sharing their unsent messages across the country—from LA to NYC, Denver to Chicago—Unsent is a cathartic, powerful, and deeply moving experience. At Unsent Show, you laugh, you cry, and sometimes, you do both at once.

Unlike traditional performances, Unsent isn’t just a show—it’s a community experience. It’s not stand-up, it’s not spoken word—it’s real people, telling real stories, in a way that fosters healing, connection, and understanding.

Unsent is also a weekly podcast where you can hear unsent messages from our lives shows from all over the world!

We also offer workshops to youth and older adults, and on-one-one editing and coaching for anyone ready to write their unsent but not quite ready for the stage. We are here for you to write and release your unsent, supporting you every step of the process.
