Too often, teens face the big question:
“What’s my plan once I graduate high school?”

Do I go to college? Learn a trade? Enter the workforce? Without guidance, many youth feel overwhelmed or unprepared. That’s where we step in.

Our Programs: Building Pathways to Success

We provide hands-on programs that support parents with youth ages 12–16 during some of the most critical years of growth. Through Academic Support, Career Assessments, College Prep, Culinary Skills, Life Skills, and Health & Wellness, we help young people:

Discover their strengths and interests
Explore potential career fields
Develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to guide their goals
Gain confidence in choosing their next step—whether that’s college, trade school, or directly into the workforce
