Eso Terra - Next Level Campaign

Eso Terra is proud to partner with Next Level Cohort 70 to raise funds in support of mental health, wellness and empowerment amongst women and girls. Our goal is to raise funds that will enable access to effective holistic and wellness modalities, coaches and retreat experiences. Individuals seeking support may access up to $1500, which can be utilized for access to a holistic coach, retreat experience, training and even travel and access to Eso Terra campus below. A portion of these funds may also be utilized to scholarship access to Next Level, an advanced and intensive emotional intelligence training.

At Eso Terra, we curate profound opportunities for learning, exchange, and innovation. We facilitate an intergenerational and international women’s circle, holistic campus, and movement incubator.

At Eso Terra, we aim to normalize access to holistic wellness by providing transformative experiences for diverse women globally. We believe in integrating wellness practices with purpose-driven projects, cultivating an integrity and earth centered relationship with work, health, and personal growth. Through immersion in holistic practices, participants can learn new skills, integrate wellness into their daily lives, and undergo meaningful transformation that reaches both their inner and outer worlds.

Eso Terra Wellness Campus :

Located in Puerto Viejo, Eso Terra’s Holistic Campus hosts intergenerational women who wish to immerse themselves in nature, intentional living, and esoteric healing practices. Participants can stay up to 90 days, guided by a specialized mentor-coach in residence. Uniquely, we create an extended retreat environment for “holistic co-working,”- which means supporting each other in personal development work while also creating spaciousness to work on big dream projects and life goals in balance with holistic self-care and personal work.

Notably, each guest payment contributes to a fund that empowers women to access holistic coaching, courses, and retreats through the Eso Terra sisterhood.

A Holistic Co-Working Experience at Eso Terra Includes:

Weekly 1:1 coaching session with a mentor-coach in residence
Specialized workshops in Ayurveda, Womb Wisdom, Purpose Work, Herbalism, Human Design, Kundalini and Voice Activation, and more
Weekly therapeutic offerings such as sound journeys, massage, acupuncture
Local activities and excursions in nature
Daily movement meditations - yoga, breathwork and dance
Group circles for accountability and support
Opportunities to share personal gifts with the community
