Butters was owner-surrendered to Lee County and landed on the urgent plea list due to severe eye issues and untreated allergies. When we pulled her, she was in rough shape — suffering from extreme allergies and inverted eyelids that were painfully scratching her eyes.

Thanks to her incredible foster, Sherry, and lots of TLC, we were able to treat her eye ulcers, manage her allergies, and finally get her ready for surgery.🙏🏽

This past Friday, Butters underwent her much-needed entropion (eyelid) surgery, and during the procedure, the vet also removed two masses, which have been sent out for pathology testing.

We rely 100% on our community to help dogs like Butters get the medical care they need. If you’re able to contribute toward her surgery and medical bills, we would be so grateful. No amount is too small — even $2 makes a difference.
