We are heartbroken to share that our dear friend and longtime Creative Growth volunteer, Steve LaCour, has passed away. Steve's passion for empowering artists and his unwavering belief in the transformative power of art and belonging touched countless lives in our community.

For years, Steve championed Creative Growth Art Center's mission, understanding deeply that art has the power to heal, inspire, and bring people together. His presence in our studio, his genuine interest in each artist's creative process, and his dedication helped our artists thrive and share their unique perspectives with the world.
