Beautification and Safety:

Help fund and maintain VHDA initiatives and projects including, but not limited to:

- warm white tree lighting for safety and appeal

- updated self-watering planters and hanging baskets

- weekly landscaping and maintenance of public spaces

- coordination efforts of local, off-duty police officers
