Beautification

• Maintaining warm-white tree lighting, seasonal plantings, and weekly landscaping across public spaces, creating a cohesive, welcoming streetscape for all business nodes along North Highland Ave.

Safety

• Coordinating off-duty policing from Historic Atkins Park to the VaHi intersection, plus providing a monthly newsletter with updates, reporting, and schedules to ensure a secure neighborhood for all.

Small Business Support

• Driving consistent, professional marketing and highly attended events that boost foot traffic, awareness, and revenue for local businesses. 

Economic Development
