OFFICIAL RULES & LEGAL DISCLOSURES

1. Organization & Principal Place of Business This raffle is conducted by The Jackson Copeland Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Principal Place of Business: 5600 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33703.

2. Source of Funds The prize offered is funded entirely through the proceeds of the raffle entries. The prize will be 50% of the gross net proceeds collected from the raffle.

3. No Purchase Necessary NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A suggested donation is listed below for tickets, but a donation is not required to participate. To receive one (1) free entry ticket, please present a hand-written request with your name and contact information to a Foundation representative at the raffle table prior to the drawing time.

1 Ticket: $1.00
6 Tickets: $5.00
25 Tickets: $20.00

5. Date, Time, and Place of Drawing The winning ticket will be drawn at random on March 6th at 7:00 PM during the Venetian Isles Block Party. The winner does not need to be present to win; however, if the winner is not present, they will be notified via the contact information provided on the ticket stub.

6. Prize Payment & Tax Information The winner will receive 50% of the total funds collected ("the Pot").

Payment Method: The prize will be paid via check within 7 days of the drawing.
Tax Documentation: Per IRS and Florida statutes, if the prize amount is $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed Form W-9 before receiving the prize.
Tax Withholding: If the prize amount is over $5,000, The Jackson Copeland Foundation is required by law to withhold 24% of the winnings for federal income tax purposes.

7. Compliance & Registration The Jackson Copeland Foundation is a qualified 501(c)(3) charity and is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for the solicitation of contributions. A copy of our official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free within the state. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.
