VOTR’s goal for 2024-25 is to double the cohort to accommodate 15 Veterans and a few volunteer support persons with the vision of additional river cohorts in the following years. 2025’s destination will again be Salida, CO in partnership with Independent Whitewater.  With a value per participant of over $11,000, thanks to in-kind donations VOTR’s average cost per participant is just under $4,500.    Our mission is to keep program low to no cost to our Veterans, so we are working to raise $67,500 in donations and grants by March 2025.
