Medical Motor Service is proud to be the oldest nonprofit transportation provider in the United States, serving the greater Rochester area for over a century. Since 1919, we’ve helped people get where they need to go—safely, affordably, and with dignity.

Every year, we provide more than 143,000 rides to 4000 older adults, people with disabilities, medically fragile children, and others who have no other way to reach essential care and services.
