Venture Partners provides workforce development, education, and training to individuals with culturally, socioeconomically, and geographically diverse backgrounds in order to decentralize wealth and build community power.

Our flagship program- a six-month, transformative Fellowship- is for everyday people who have a keen interest in using capital to repair past harm and build thriving, sustainable futures in their community.

To ensure equitable access, Fellowship tuition is ALWAYS free, and we strive to compensate Fellows with stipends during their internships. This means we rely on the financial support of our community! We thank you for being here.
