College Access Plan (CAP) exists to remove barriers to post-secondary education. We believe there are no limits to what students can accomplish and that college changes lives. Your support of CAP bolsters the next generation of bright stars and leaders.

Your gift in this one-to-two matching campaign will help us raise $60,000 in support of our mission.

For 16 years, our programs have partnered with the Pasadena Unified School District to support students, graduates, and families with essential financial aid and holistic college admissions knowledge. This year, we are proud to announce a NEW partnership with Hacienda La Puente Unified School District. Thanks to your investment and collaboration from caring educators, CAP will provide more college access and success support to first-generation college-goers and their families than ever before, serving an estimated 1800 students and family members!

Lives are busy and dynamic, and CAP offers programming at all levels that fits into complex schedules. Our services include:

Enrolled courses
In-person, in-class, & virtual workshops
Webinars

OUR COLLABORATIVE GIFTS CAN PROVIDE...

$10 = Postage to mail one care package to a college student
$50 = Pizza for Pizza & Apply party during high school drop-in
$250 = One-hour financial aid webinar for students and parents
$1,000 = Postage for 100 care packages to college students
$5,000 = College & Career Exploration course for 25 middle schoolers
$15,000 = Two six-session College 101 courses, introducing juniors to key elements of holistic admissions
$40,000 = Guides 80 seniors through a full year of the financial aid and college application processes
