Hoops for Hearts with the Harlem Wizards Sponsorship

The NASD Education Foundation is proud to partner with Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital, CHOP, and Representative Greg Scott on Hoops for Hearts with the Harlem Wizards at NAHS on May 7 from 5-7pm. Hoops for Hearts is a fun and important event that aims to honor the memory of two NASD students who tragically lost their lives to sudden cardiac arrest while playing basketball. We want to bring awareness to youth heart health and raise money for youth-focused health and wellness programming for NASD children and families. All proceeds from this event will be used to fund health initiatives across NASD, such as free CPR/AED training for teens and adults, physicals for children and teens, and individual and family fitness and nutrition classes led by local health experts.
