Vera (Vee) Love lead a life of love through service. She spent years caring for others as a nurse and then turned her love of service towards her community.

Vee loved sharing her passion for service through her local chapter of Women Life 883: Gals about Love and Service reaching out in to the community to help those in need and sharing her giving heart. She brought her passion and her smile to their missions.

Vee had a passion for sewing and also belonged to Piece to Peace Quilters. She not only was able to share her passion for sewing. She found a community of like minded women and helped further their efforts of community while assisting with their many outreach projects including: The Care Bag Movement, the Quilted Heart Project, Quilts of Valor.

Vee saw a need in the community of providing a place to teach people who wanted to learn to sew. She took her extensive knowledge of sewing and along with the Piece to Peace Quilters and started a New Sewers class. It brought her so much joy to share her gift with others and watch them gain a new skill while sharing in her passion for sewing.
