On Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, Allegany County NAACP #7007 is holding our 4th Annual festival celebrating the true emancipation of Black people who were enslaved in United States. We offer live entertainment, music, food and fun. Community members, organizations and local business are invited to donate and receive a 10x10 vendor space on a first come, first served basis. The event will be held at 13 Canal St, Cumberland, MD 21502 on the Canal Place festival grounds from 12pm to 6pm with a shortened march March stepping off 11:30am from outside of the historic train station facing Canal Street and proceeding around the festival grounds.
Allegany County NAACP #7007 is a social justice grass roots community organization. No hate speech or discrimination will be tolerated on any products, from volunteers or vendors at this event. All donations are non-refundable.
