When most people think of entrepreneurship, they think of founders and the brilliant ideas they bring to life. But the reality is that funders hold the access keys. Isn’t it time we diversify who’s calling the shots?

Our highly-respected Capital Allocators Fellowship has trained 100+ individuals from underrepresented racial/ethnic, gender, geographic, and socioeconomic backgrounds to learn the ropes of the notoriously exclusive world of venture capital and land their first role. From there, our graduates are empowered to challenge the persistent disparities in venture funding flowing to underestimated founders. When we change the decision-makers, we change the trajectory of our world.

It costs Venture Partners a total of $5,500 to support each Fellow through the full program. To ensure equitable access, participation is always free to participants. This means we rely on the investment of our community.

As we celebrate another successful year, we invite you to join our growing community of supporters with a one-time or recurring donation. Every dollar counts towards supporting our small team-- we thank you for being here.
