VentureVets is a national nonprofit headquartered in Indianapolis that helps veteran and military-connected founders build real companies. We focus on the industries most overlook: construction tech, infrastructure, and industrial tech. The unglamorous stuff that actually keeps the country running.

We are not a pitch competition. We are a working accelerator with two pathways. The Founder Accelerator helps veterans turn an working idea into a scalable business. The Talent Accelerator places veterans into high-skill technical roles when launching a company is not the right move yet.

What we built is not a classroom. It is a community. Our founders hire each other. Alumni come back to coach the next cohort. The veteran who closed a round last year is mentoring the one pitching this year. And the ripple runs past the founder. A funded company means jobs. Jobs mean families with stability and communities with new payrolls. Every veteran we back tends to pull a few more up behind them. That is the whole point.
