Education Through the Game

Veritas Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit using elite basketball as a gateway to education, mentorship, and long-term opportunity for underrepresented student-athletes from the U.S., Latin America, and around the world.

During NBA All-Star Weekend (February 13–15, Los Angeles), Veritas Academy—an Advanced Placement preparatory school and member of the Nike EYBL Scholastic League—will host its first home tournament, placing our student-athletes on a national stage.

This campaign supports the scholarships, facilities, and program infrastructure required to deliver that opportunity at the highest level.

Funds raised will directly support:

• Student-athlete scholarships (education, room, board)

• Academic and college-placement support

• Player wellness, training, and recovery resources

• Tournament readiness and facility upgrades

All-Star Weekend is more than a showcase.

It is a proving ground for what is possible when education and athletics are aligned.

By investing in this initiative, donors help ensure that elite talent—regardless of background—has access to education, exposure, and a real future beyond the game.
