"Love, Creative Hope, and Fidelity" Villa Artwork Print

You can own a visual piece of the Villa Maria Academy Lower School legacy. Our limited-edition print, 'Creative Hope, Love, and Fidelity,' commemorates the educational experience at Villa. Crafted by local Artist Jeffrey Mattia, a seasoned creative artist with an eye to the future. Among his 30 years of experience,  he worked sixteen years as a Senior Print Designer for the American iconic fashion and lifestyle brand Lilly Pulitzer. The original painting is captured and printed beautifully on heavy Hahnemuhle German etching paper by Brilliant Graphics in Chester County, PA. It is a perfect addition to your home décor or a thoughtful gift for your student, soon-to-be VMALS graduate, or alumna.

This custom, limited edition, signed, and numbered 18” x 18” print celebrating Villa Maria Academy will be available for purchase until Friday, May 10th, or until all available prints are sold.

By purchasing this artwork for $100, you are acquiring beautiful artwork and making a significant contribution. Jeff generously will donate 25% of all sales to the Fund for Villa Maria Academy Lower School, directly supporting the school's initiatives and programs.

Jeffrey J. Mattia's Full Biography

Jeffrey J Mattia, born and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania, is a fine artist and designer working with many mediums including acrylics, watercolors, ink and pencils. For sixteen years Jeff worked as Senior Print Designer for American iconic fashion and lifestyle brand Lilly Pulitzer. Charged with designing happy colorful prints and patterns proudly worn by thousands of women, men, and children around the world.  Along with designing prints for Lilly Pulitzer, Jeff’s current clients include Talbots, Sail To Sable, Three Islands Clothing, HiHo Caribbean, Belle and Bow Equestrian and Maddie & Connor Co.

The ART of Giving” Jeff’s a strong believer of lending his creative talents to benefit local and national charities. For the past two years, Jeff created the holiday pajama print for Curetivity, benefiting St Jude Childrens Research Hospital. Jeff also creates artwork benefiting local charities, The Saturday Club founded in 1886, one of the oldest woman’s club nationwide, Wounded Warrior Project through artwork titled “Love of Country” by Jeffrey Mattia @fineartamerica, The Bee Foundation bring awareness of brain aneurysms, to name a few.

For years, Jeff has been creating custom artwork for clients throughout Philadelphia’s Mainline and beyond. He’s well known for his custom medallion paintings celebrating FAMILY! These one-of-a-kind pieces are wonderful keepsakes incorporating names, dates and places that make up each family.

Jeff’s newest project has been all about LOVE! The collection is made up of themed LOVE prints. His first in the series was “WILD LOVE”, “SEA LOVE”, “TRUE LOVE”,” LUCKY LOVE” and “HOLIDAY LOVE” honoring his daughter’s annual performance in the seasonal classic the Nutcracker Ballet. What’s the next themed LOVE??

He loves working on private, commissioned pieces where he able to bring his clients words to life. “Works of art aren’t made, they’re experienced.” is his motto.
