GENERAL INFORMATION:

Location: Norcross High School, 5300 Spalding Drive, Norcross, GA 30092
Set-up Time: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. (Gates will open to patrons at 5:00pm)
Game Hours: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Electricity: None, You can supply your own generator, must be 75 DCB or lower, Fire Extinguisher must be present.
Tent Space Size: Single space = 10' wide by 10' long.
ALL tents are required to have a minimum of 20-lbs. weight attached to each leg – NO Exceptions!
Required to have your own insurance for your tent and vendor equipment

By filling out and submitting this for you are not and will not hold Georgia Vipers, LLC accountable for any damages to property or persons at or during an event put on by Georgia Vipers, LLC.

You also understand that all fees paid to Georgia Vipers, LLC are final and no refund will be issued for any reason. If the Georgia Vipers do not have a game on the preset date the payer will be credited that amount paid towards a spot at an upcoming event within 364 days from the original date of the originally paid show date.

All food vendors MUST have a Georgia State Department of Health Certificate. NO OTHER CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED! Please submit a current copy with your application.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

No: Silly String, Smoke Bombs, Stink Bombs “Snappers”, Radios, AV Equipment, Weapons, Guns, Ammo. No Pets. No drug related items. If it is illegal in Georgia it is illegal at our festival.

PLEASE NOTE:

To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted you will be contacted within 48-72 hours via email and / or text.
No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever. This is a rain or shine event.
Spaces are limited (Approx. 15 available) Get your application in EARLY!
We will attempt to accommodate location requests however we cannot guarantee this.
Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis.

I hereby acknowledge my compliance with the rules and regulations of the organization, including the cleanliness and maintenance of my surroundings as well as the premises and our conduct towards others.

I understand that I shall be liable for my own liability insurance and the organization shall not be responsible for any damage, injuries, cost, or death to our person or property that may be incurred during our use of the organization's facilities.

reserves the right to market you/your items before/during/after to include social media and photos (we use a photo taken at one event including your picture to advertise our next
event).

LIABILITY: Vendors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any lawful authority, agency or government unity which apply to the use of its vending space, including without limitation, any state or local applicable fire and building code and/or health regulations applicable to the locality in which the event is taking place.

The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss of whatever nature, arising from or related to the Event. Vendor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Georgia Vipers Football, LLC, its agents and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the Event performed by vendor including, but not limited to, any negligence, act or omission of vendor.

The Vendor agrees to accept responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in the booth area and accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property. Vendor agrees that Georgia Vipers Football, LLC, its volunteers and agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vendor’s equipment, supplies, goods or other property.

Georgia Vipers Football, LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of vendor or any of its representatives, employees, agents, patrons and guests, because of fire, robbery, accidents, or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from vendor’s use or occupancy of its allocated space during the Event.

The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Georgia Vipers Football, LLC representatives, and agents against any and all claims of any person whomsoever, from acts or omissions of the vendor, its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, or guests.
