This holiday season, many families and individuals are struggling with financial security in communities across Utah County. One of many families helped by Sub for Santa last year was Alexa and her five-year-old son. Both have physical and mental health challenges requiring expensive treatments and therapy. With so many medical bills, Alexa's family faced uncertainty in providing food, rent, and Christmas presents last year. Thanks to a generous community, we provided Christmas gifts and connected Alexa to healthcare and housing assistance.
