The Visitation School community prides itself on teaching, learning, and living with Honor, Integrity, and Respect. In these unprecedented times we have added another term to that motto: resilience. When the world shut down in March, our teachers and students took to their virtual classrooms, without missing a beat, to finish out the school year. Despite technical issues, equipment hurdles, and the stress of quarantine, our students completed their work with the hope that virtual school would be a thing of the past.

As we continue to battle a global pandemic this fall we are rising to the occasion once again. For the first time in our 137 year history, Visitation School is offering simultaneous in person and virtual learning options. With nearly 50% of our students opting for the virtual learning, our teachers have been tasked with creating an entirely new classroom dynamic. The new hybrid education model has brought several classroom upgrade needs to the forefront.

Portable whiteboards, document readers, sound bars, and other equipment will make sure our students at home are getting the same quality education as our Viz Kids in school.

We are determined to show our Viz Kids that our school is as resilient as they are and with your support, we can provide a Visitation Education no matter the setting.
