Enhance the reach and quality of Rise UP Cooperative’s monthly workshops to empower more youth with essential life and leadership skills while ensuring they receive an innovative and engaging learning experience.

Goals

Expand Reach: Increase the number of attendees by 50% within 12 months by broadening promotional efforts and accessibility.

Upgrade Content: Revamp workshop curriculum with cutting-edge teaching methods, tools, and guest speakers to ensure high-quality, impactful sessions.

Enhance Engagement: Foster deeper connections and active participation through interactive formats, incentives, and technology integration.

Key Components of the Workshops FACELIFT Campaign

Let's GOOOOO! We want to partner with subject matter experts to update and expand workshop topics, introduce new themes such as digital literacy, mental wellness, financial literacy, and creative problem-solving, and create tiered workshops for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners to cater to various skill levels.

Reaching OUT:

RiseUP would love to launch a dynamic social media campaign highlighting success stories and testimonials from past attendees, partner with local schools, libraries, and community centers to promote workshops, and offer referral incentives, such as gift cards or workshop discounts, for participants who bring new attendees.

Participant Experience

Provide free materials such as workbooks, toolkits, and Rise UP-branded merchandise.

Community Collab

We want to PARTNER with local businesses and nonprofits for sponsorships and co-hosted events, INVITE guest speakers, including professionals and alumni, to share expertise and inspire attendees, and offer VOLUNTEER opportunities for community members to assist with workshop planning and facilitation.
