TheGIVEGO Youth Empowerment is a 501c(3) foundation with a mission to Create Wellness Equity by Empowering Underserved Youth through Movement and Mentorship. We provide movement based programs and host events that ignite intrinsic motivation to break cycles of poverty, obesity, addiction and mental illness for youth in low income communities. As an intervention for prevention, theGiveGo creates spaces for youth to belong and develop skills to cope with life's stressors during their most vulnerable developmental years. We GIVE the youth the tools, knowledge and experiences they need so they may GO and live a well life. We proudly serve youth in South Central, Los Angeles.
